Welcome to DidItIndex.com ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), operated by Appdore, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. Description of Service

DidItIndex.com is a web-based tool that scans publicly accessible websites to evaluate AI visibility, SEO readiness, structured data, technical health, and AI citability. Reports are generated through automated analysis of publicly available web content.

Certain features use artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) from third-party providers to assess how AI systems perceive and cite your website. AI-generated results are informational only and may not be fully accurate, complete, or current. You should not rely on AI-derived outputs as definitive assessments of your website.

2. Account Registration

To use scanning features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free credit grants.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Credit-Based Pricing

Our Service uses a credit-based pay-per-scan model. Credits are purchased through our payment processor and are non-transferable between accounts.

  • New accounts receive a limited number of free credits upon signup.
  • Each URL scanned consumes one credit.
  • Credit packs are available at prices listed on our purchase page.
  • Purchased credits do not expire.
  • If a scan fails due to a system error on our end, credits are automatically refunded to your account balance.

4. Refund Policy

Credits are a digital product consumed upon use. We generally do not offer refunds for purchased credits. However:

  • Credits for scans that fail due to our system are automatically refunded.
  • If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at dii@appdore.com within 14 days of the transaction.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Scan URLs in a manner intended to disrupt, overload, or harm target websites.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract scanning logic or algorithms.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service without our written permission.
  • Resell, redistribute, or white-label scan results without an appropriate license.
  • Create accounts using disposable or fraudulent email addresses to abuse free credits.
  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Scanning Behavior

Our scanner accesses publicly available web pages in a manner similar to a search engine crawler. We only scan URLs that you explicitly submit. We do not index, store, or redistribute the content of scanned pages beyond what is necessary to generate your report. Scan results are stored in association with your account.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Service uses AI technologies, including large language models and search APIs from third-party providers, to evaluate website visibility. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, hallucinations, or outdated information.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-derived results.
  • Third-party AI providers have their own terms and policies that may change without notice.
  • AI features may be modified, replaced, or discontinued at any time.
  • You should not make critical business decisions based solely on AI-generated scan results.

8. Advertising and Tracking

We may use third-party advertising and analytics services, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and similar platforms, to promote our Service and measure its effectiveness. These services may use cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to collect data about your browsing activity across websites. This data may include pages visited, actions taken, and device information.

By using the Service, you consent to the use of cookies and tracking technologies as described in our Privacy Policy. You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

  • Scan results are 100% accurate or comprehensive.
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Improvements suggested by our reports will produce specific SEO or AI visibility outcomes.
  • Third-party APIs and AI services used by the Service will remain available.

Our reports are informational tools, not professional SEO, legal, or business advice. Consult qualified professionals before making significant changes based solely on our scan results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appdore, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or revenue.

In no event shall our total aggregate liability for any and all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50.00), whichever is greater.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Appdore, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and branding of DidItIndex.com are the intellectual property of Appdore, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Scan reports generated for your account are yours to use, share, and reference. You retain ownership of the URLs and data you submit.

13. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination for cause, your access to scan reports and remaining credits may be revoked. We are not obligated to refund unused credits upon termination for cause.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services for payment processing, email delivery, AI analysis, and analytics. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users via email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Appdore, LLC regarding your use of the Service.
