For agencies and consultants

Add AI visibility audits to what you already sell

Your clients are starting to ask whether ChatGPT recommends them. DidItIndex runs a 50-point audit, tests live ChatGPT and Claude answers, compares them with any competitor, and writes a plain-English summary you can put straight into a client email.

Why clients are asking now

Local customers are moving part of their research into AI chat, and the answer names a handful of businesses instead of ten blue links. Clients who rank fine on Google are discovering they are missing from those answers, and they want someone to explain why and fix it.

52%

of U.S. consumers used an AI tool to find a local business in the last 30 days, up from 9% a year earlier.

~30x

more selective than local search: ChatGPT recommended 1.2% of brand locations studied, versus 35.9% appearing in Google's local 3-pack.

81%

of consumers verify an AI recommendation before acting on it, so reviews and listings still matter.

What you get for every client

Live ChatGPT and Claude tests

The question a customer would ask, answered with live web search. You see every site cited and where your client lands, or who was named instead.

Side-by-side competitor comparison

Your client against the competitor AI keeps recommending, both tested with the same question, with a summary of where the competitor is ahead.

A summary you can send

Every report opens with a short plain-English “what to fix first” paragraph, written for a business owner rather than a developer.

Monitoring with change alerts

Weekly or monthly rescans, with an email only when something actually changes. A natural monthly line item for a retainer.

Bulk scanning

Up to 25 pages per scan from a pasted list, a sitemap, or a CSV with a search phrase per page.

PDF, CSV and share links

Export a PDF for the client file, a CSV of every check for your own tracking, or make a report public and send the client its link.

How agencies use it

Open a sales conversation

Scan a prospect's site with the phrase their customers would type. “ChatGPT recommended these five companies and not you” is a concrete reason to talk.

Set a baseline at onboarding

Scan the key pages and run a comparison against the competitor AI favors. Every failed check comes with a specific fix to plan the work from.

Show progress every month

Turn on monitoring or rescan before each review. Scores are rule-based, so movement reflects real changes to the site.

Track what AI says about each client

Set up Prompt Tracking per client: up to 10 customer questions, asked to ChatGPT and Claude weekly or monthly, with share of voice and the sites AI used. A clean story for every monthly report.

No subscription and no seats. The Agency pack is 750 credits for $149, about $0.20 per page scanned, and credits never expire. See all credit packs.

Questions from agencies

Can I white-label the reports?

Not yet. Reports and PDFs carry DidItIndex branding. Many consultants send the PDF or a shared report link as supporting evidence, alongside their own summary and recommendations.

How do you test what ChatGPT and Claude recommend?

For each scan we ask both, with live web search on, the question a customer would ask, using the search phrase you supply. The report shows every site each answer cited and whether your client is one of them. Answers are cached for 24 hours, so every page in a scan is judged against the same answer.

How many pages can I scan at once?

Up to 25 pages per scan. Paste URLs, import them from a sitemap, or upload a CSV with a search phrase per page.

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy credits, one per page scanned, and they never expire. Monitoring also uses one credit per page per run, so you control exactly what each client costs you.

Is the scoring consistent enough to show clients progress over time?

Yes. Pass and fail are decided by fixed rules, not by an AI judging the page, so an unchanged site gets the same score on a rescan. AI is only used to run the live ChatGPT and Claude tests and to write the plain-English summary.
