Each URL you scan costs 1 credit. If you add an optional search phrase for more targeted AI checks, that costs 1 extra credit per phrase. New accounts get free credits on signup. You can buy more credits anytime from the Buy Credits page. Purchased credits never expire.

If a scan fails due to an error on our end (not the target website being unreachable), your credits are automatically refunded to your account. You will see the refund in your transaction history.

Yes. Our scanner only accesses publicly available web pages, similar to how a search engine crawler works. You can scan any publicly accessible URL. The Compare feature is specifically designed for benchmarking your site against competitors.

The AI Visibility module goes beyond traditional SEO. It checks whether your domain actually appears in AI-powered search results, whether AI models mention your site in their generated summaries, and whether GPT-class models recognize your domain and cite it as an authority on your topic. These checks use real-time API calls to AI platforms to give you a live picture of your AI presence.

Yes. Each report has a "Make Public" toggle that generates a unique shareable link. Anyone with the link can view the report without logging in. You can also export the report as a CSV file for offline analysis.

Credits are a digital product consumed on use, so we generally do not offer refunds for purchases. However, if you believe you were charged incorrectly or there was a system issue, please contact us within 14 days and we will review your case.
